Is it safe to order with a credit card? |
We use industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt your credit card information, so you can be sure
that your personal information is safe. We accept Visa, Discovery, Mastercard, as well as PayPal and checks for online payments. If you'd
prefer to pay by money order, please e-mail us at orders@annouceitwithstyle.com.

How does this
work? |
To make our animated photo
announcements, we take your photo print or
digital photo, crop, retouch it (if needed), then add it to your
choice of animated announcement design. Our talented artists will adjust and resize the image,
remove flaws, and adjust lighting and colors. This process is also done to produce our screensavers, invitations, postcards,
and all our personalized photo items. We can also convert your color photo to
black & white or a beautiful canvas style look for our personalized
photo items. If your picture is mailed to us we will return it to
you unharmed.

How quickly
will I get my order? |
We know you are in a hurry, and we do our best to provide custom art
in a reasonable time. Animated photo announcements are produced then
e-mailed to you within 24 to 48 hours. Personalized item orders are normally shipped out within 2-3 business days of receipt of
payment (not including weekends or holidays). This turnaround time does not
include shipping time to us or back to you. Keep in mind that the
U.S. mail can take two days or ten days! If you wish to get your
order very quickly, don't use U.S. mail. Express shipping options
are available to speed your order to you, but do not shorten the 3
business-day turnaround time in our office.

I don't live
in the USA. Do you ship to other countries? |
Yes. We ship to Airborne
Express delivery locations, including Canada, most of Europe, and
many other selected locations. When you check out, in the step where
you are asked for your address, you will be able to choose your
country if it is available. You will also need to choose the option
"International Airborne Express" shipping. When we receive your
order, we will check with Airborne Express to make sure we can ship
to your specific address. We will contact you if we cannot ship to
you and need to cancel your order. Please note that the shipping
rate you are given is an estimate. We will charge to your credit
card your actual shipping rate plus a small handling charge once we
package and weigh your order.

Can you print
announcements in other languages? |
Yes. We can print foreign
languages provided they use Roman characters (the same characters as
English). You must provide your wording typewritten if it is not in
English. There is no additional charge for this service.

What about
Multiple Births? |
Our animated photo announcements are easily
adapted to multiples. Twins can be accommodated by using one photo
of both twins on most designs, or our Original Twins design
for one photo of each. Triplets, or more, can be similarly
accommodated however, we recommend one photo of multiples because of
the space allowed in the animated design and to ensure the focus on
the photo. We recommend the Original Multiples design and all the
pictures will be a natural fit. Any amount of multiple baby pictures fit for our
personalized items. One photo of multiples can be cropped and
trimmed to make separate photos of each baby as well. To keep the focus on
the photo for our animated announcement, some parents of multiples prefer to omit information
about length, weight, and replace it with birth time. Please

How do I order? |
To order, send us your order
details, photo, and payment using our web site or order form.
You can start the online order process by looking through our online
product catalog and clicking "add to cart" on the item you wish to
order. Once you complete the order details online, you can submit
online, or print and mail. You can mail or email photos to go with your
order. Photos mailed to us will be returned unharmed. If you have any problem, please call! 904-268-3063 Monday thru

Will the photo I sent you work?
|
Some
customers are concerned that the photo they are sending will not work
well. If you are concerned, put a note in with your order asking us to
give you a call before proceeding. One of our artists will call and
review your photos with you, choosing the one for optimum results.
Please do not send photos that you do not like, or that are not a good
resemblance for how you see your child. We will proofread your order
carefully against what you send us. We have an extremely high
satisfaction rate and think you will be pleased with our careful
retouching and correcting of your photo! If we do make an error on your
order, we will gladly make it right .

What kind of
photos work best? |
Sharp focus is most important.
With babies, this requires a zoom lens. If your camera doesn't have a
zoom lens, move farther away to get better focus. Use 100 or 200 speed
film. We prefer to work from glossy color prints or digital prints. We can also work from
black and white prints. We cannot work from negatives or Polaroid's. See

What is your
Return Policy? |
We take pride in carefully
retouching, proofreading, and printing each order.
We want you to be delighted with our personalized items and your
animated announcement! If any problems
should arise, we will work to correct them.
- If we make a mistake on your order from the information you provided,
we will correct the problem at no charge.
- If you provided us with incorrect information, unclear information, or
you are not happy with the photo you sent us and your order was
completed, we will be happy to work
with you to correct the problem using reorder pricing or less, depending
on the changes that need to be made.
- If you
are unhappy with your personalized item order, you must return it in
its entirety, in original condition, for a refund within 7 days of
purchase. Please attach a note as to why you are returning the
product. We would like to track this information to ensure it never
happens again in the future.

Shipping charges
for personalized items
are not
refundable.

My baby is
already a month old. Should I still send out announcements? |
The keepsake you are e-mailing is
timeless, and will be saved by many. So, although in a perfect world it
is ideal to send announcements out during baby's first month, sometimes
life with a newborn delays things a bit. We recommend that you send
announcements out even if baby is over a month old, and that you wait to
order them until you have a photo you feel does your baby justice. Your
friends and family will remember the quality of the message with
pure joy, not the date your announcement arrived. We recommend our personalized baby
items to be sent within the first year of baby's arrival. On
average, it takes most parents about a month after baby's arrival to
send their order to us, but we frequently make announcements for babies
weeks older. Occasionally, we do announcements for a baby who is
more than three months old and often at just 3 days old. At any age, good news is nice to receive.
It is also a good way to celebrate the baby's first birthday.

Do I need to use
a newborn photo on my birth announcement? |
Sometimes, photos taken the first
week are not usually the best photos of the baby. Some parents send us
photos taken of the baby by a photography company right before the baby
leaves the hospital. Those pictures work well. If you prefer to take
your own pictures of your precious little one we recommend waiting a
few days at least to get the best photos. Consider all the
photos you have of the first few weeks and choose the one that you think
looks most like the baby you know and love. Be sure to read our

Can I make a
change to my order in progress? |
We will be happy to accept your
correction or change up until the point your order is processed. Please
call and email as soon as you realize you have a change, and we will
check the status of your order. Once your order is processed, we will be
happy to work with you to make any needed changes with minimal
charges to cover replacement and/or shipping.

I am having

You can call

Do I have to pay sales tax? |
7% Sales Tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Florida address.
